I’ve looked through several of your posts, each of them deserving a comment, but lack of time, I stopped here with the zebra.
This is a fabulous post! One page after another with a child-like view of the surrounding world but with a mature artist’s touch. It has the innocence and maturity of a Chagall.
The use of colour - delightful! the liberty of touch both in painting or drawing; the observation in drawing form; the play with pattern - it’s gorgeous.
I’m guessing that this Zebra piece is batik. Very refreshing!
